A wealth of local plants can be used to keep you healthy and ready for the sunnier days. Learn about how to find and use common hedgerow plants for Spring detox.

Tasty teas, juicing and simple cooking with plants that grow all around us.

Thursday 2nd May, 7-9pm: Herb Walk

A wonderful time for a walk, there will be many medicinal and culinary herbs to find and enjoy. You’ll discover how to identify and use many plants you’ve probably strolled past before, with information on modern and historical uses, folklore and even some chemistry.

Thursday 5th September, 7-9pm: Boost Your Immunity

Plants used as food or medicine can be used to boost your immunity. With Winter coming, this session will set you up for the colder months ahead.
